Disk_D w/ Symonenko
Listen to the compilation VA - Symonenko students, the first release of the Disk_D label. With comments from the authors of the tracks and the curator of the label. Music from the compilation is mostly techno and dance style, there are sound designer tracks, there are old school beats.
Work on the compositions was completed this year and each of the students is already working on a solo album. For some of them, this is the first publication of music. This compilation is a short presentation of what will be released next year on the Disk_D label

Selecting records for Hum, Potrox faced the uncharted sounds, listened to b-sides & tested his undying curiosity. The REJOICED's curator is gonna play the set equal to name of the radio-show - you will hear the sound with no understanding of where it is coming from and what is its nature, so meet the selection with no name - as you can call it

Iryi.Frequencies w/ Geyera
On Friday, the shortest day of the year amidst a cold winter, Geyera will present heated tracks from the Enchilada label, based in Lisbon and inspired by Angolan festival dance music. The label has a long (by modern club music standards) history, starting with its foundation in 2006. Branco and Kalaf Angelo, from the group Buraka Som Sistema, founded the label to present the influences of diasporic sounds on the Lisbon club scene.
They were particularly interested in representing music inspired by kuduro and zuok baton, prominent styles from Luanda, and Angola in the 80s and the 90s. With the years the focus of the label grew encompassing more and more musicians, with various musical backgrounds. Future stars like Melo D, DJ Marfox, and Dotorado Pro have grown and developed on Enchilada increasing the spectrum of diasporic polyrhythmic bass music released here.
